Unless you’ve been super-quarantining from the world, you know that 2020 is a big election year.
Aside from the presidential election, the entire House of Representatives and approximately 1/3 of the US Senate are on the 2020 ballot. There are also state and municipal elections and they’re important, too.
Vote.org has free tools to help eligible people get ready to vote. Use this link to:
- Apply for an absentee ballot or otherwise vote by mail.
- Check to see if you’re registered, and at the right address – you can only vote in the district where you live.
- Find out where to vote if you want the full in-person voting experience! (and get an “I Voted” sticker)
- Get reminders to register and to vote
- Complete the 2020 Census
You will have to upload documents that show your residence and eligibility.
Vote.org runs checks to make sure no one is registered at more than one place. It will do the same for the Census.
